Not resolved

This was our SECOND purchase from (first one was fine) and they messed up and sent us the stroller with the nest of the wrong color.It took them a full week to ship the correct color nest to us - and that is with my regular calls and emails, asking for the status of shipment.

Finally the correct item was shipped... and they used the slowest (!) shipping method possible! 6 full days to deliver! That is after my repeated kind requests to use a faster shipping, in regards to their original mistake.

I was kind and patient with them!Kindly asking for a faster turnaround - and getting kind replies - but in the end, they just don't care.
